User Agreement

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to the use of Astrosensex.com (Site) by you. Please read this Agreement carefully. If you visit us at astrosensex.com/shop/, you accept these terms and conditions. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the terms and conditions from time to time. 

Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions. 


Definitions: 
"Agreement" means the Terms and Conditions (T&C) contained herein along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use including other T&C at other portals of ASTROSENSEX.COM under the ASTROSENSEX brand name. It will also include references to this Agreement as and when amended, notated, supplemented, varied or replaced. 

Site means the ASTROSENSEX online shopping platform owned and operated by PJNetworks , which provides a venue to the users of astrosensex.com to buy the products listed / displayed at astrosensex Shopping. 

"Vendor" / "seller" /''affiliates'' shall mean the person or any legal entity who offers for sale, sells the products on the astrosensex.com / website. 


“User” means and includes any Customer / Buyer / You (the person or any legal entity) who accept the offer for sale of the Vendor / Seller, through ‘astrosensex shopping' by placing an order on the Site. 

“Product/s” connotes the goods, services promoted / displayed on the Site and offered for any use / sale. 

Astrosensex.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Products/services and information displayed on astrosensex.com constitute an "invitation to offer". Your order for purchase constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. The agreement between you and the astrosensex.com shall be subject to the following terms and conditions :- 

1. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

2. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted. By using the Shopping services of astrosensex.com you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 

3. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. 

4. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of astrosensex. 

5. ASTROSENSEX.COM reserves the right to refuse to service or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by astrosensex.com the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email. 

6. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Astrosensex.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. 

7. On receipt of your purchase order astrosensex.com shall promptly (depending on the mode of payment) forward the order to the Vendor. It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to dispatch the Product to the User (depending on the Product or Offer Price). Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained. 

8. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by astrosensex.com for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order. 

9. Astrosensex.com shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the Vendors, flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of astrosensex.com. 

10. The user expressly agrees that the use of service(s) astrosensex.com is at the user's sole risk. The service(s) of astrosensex.com shopping is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. astrosensex.com , its affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service, or merchandise provided through this service. astrosensex.com does not represent or warrant to maintain the confidentiality of information; although astrosensex.com current practice is to utilize reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also clearly understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the vendors and the user. 

11. Notwithstanding anything contained herein ASTROSENSEX.COM acts only as booking agent to facilitate / integrate transactions between the Buyers and Sellers through various platforms (online web store, print ads, call centre, mail order catalogues, SMS. etc.) for various Vendors and shall in no way be responsible for any quality of product, replacement, damages, additional cost, losses, expenses and/or taxes incurred by Users qua the products. In no event shall ASTROSENSEX.COM, its directors, officials, representatives and employees are liable for any damages relating to products sold through its various platforms. 

12. Presently, the service(s) of ASTROSENSEX.COM Shopping are being offered free. However, ASTROSENSEX.COM reserves the right to charge a fee for any or such facilities. 

13. The User agrees to use the services provided by ASTROSENSEX.COM, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. 

14. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. ASTROSENSEX.COM reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), ASTROSENSEX.COM has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of astrosensex.com Shopping, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. 

15. ASTROSENSEX.COM will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the Vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.

16.Partial delivery of product needs to be reported within 15 days of receipt of the product

17.Refund Policy effective 16th December 2008 on products purchased from astrosensex.com - 

All sub orders cancelled and have the order value below or equal to Rs. 2500/- will be refunded in the form of astrosensex.com Gift Certificate within 2 working days via email.

All sub orders cancelled and have the order value above Rs. 2500/- will be refunded as per the payment mode selected by customer except for COD/Cheque paymode ,where refund shall be processed via Payorder/Demand-draft,for the rest ,the refund would be processed via same mode.

The gift certificate will have one month validity, mergeable, can be used more than once within the validity period.
Gift certificate can be used as a paymode to purchase products across Astrosensex.com
Gift Certificate issued will be of the same denomination as that of the product ordered.

18. The gift certificate issued by astrosensex.com shall be on the email id mentioned on the billing address. 

19.  These predictions/tips are astrological only, based on planetary conditions ONLY. This is only a guideline, the decision has to be taken after logical thinking by you. Neither ASTRO SENSEX nor astrologer or any team member is liable for any personal or financial losses or profits. 

20.. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India . The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.
